The price of delivery depends on the location we are delivering to. Please put in your postcode into the basket at checkout and this will calculate your delivery price. This cost is per delivery and not per item. If the check out says “Collection only” please give our office a call and we can give you a bespoke price.
If the product is in stock we usually can deliver 5-7 working days from order. If the product is not in stock please please give our office a call as the majority of our products come from overseas.
Our lorries are 18 tonnes – about the size of a rubbish collection lorry (Please see below dimensions*). The driver will need to extend a crane leg 2 metres out on one side to stabilize the lorry. Please let us know if there are any restrictions for delivery. The vehicle must have clear access to the property. If the driver is unable to access the property and the delivery needs to be rescheduled, you will have to pay a redelivery fee.
Our drivers are very experienced, friendly, and helpful. The product will be delivered on a pallet, crate or bulk bag. This will then be craned off the lorry using a hi-ab. We are only insured to provide a roadside delivery. Therefore it is down to the drivers discretion as to whether the lorry can go onto your driveway and a wavier will need to be signed. Delivery drivers are unable to carry the materials through to your back garden and items cannot be craned over cars.
If the driver is unable to access the property and the delivery needs to be rescheduled, you will have to pay a redelivery fee.
Our delivery drivers can deliver anytime between 8am and 4pm on your chosen delivery day. We do not provide tracking on our lorries and cannot guarantee an exact time. If you call on the morning of your delivery we will be able to narrow down a delivery time slot. This may vary due to traffic etc.
We recommend that someone is on site just in case the driver needs directions or help accessing the property. However this is not mandatory. If you would like to leave a note on the front door and/or put a bin in the area that you would like the materials to be placed.
Goods must be examined on arrival and all DAMAGES or SHORTAGES reported to us within 3 days. Minor edge chipping and slight imperfections are normal and often tiles that are slightly damaged can be used in cuts. We advise that you order a 10% allowance above and beyond your actual requirements to allow for potential cuts and wastage.
Products can be collected from either of our stores – Chertsey or Fairoak. You do not need to book a collection however we would recommend to call beforehand to make sure we have the stock available. It is important that your order can be collected as safely & securely as possible for your safety and that of your order. As a general rule of thumb, up to 200kg can be collected in a reasonably size family car. Anything over this weight will need to be delivered or collected on a larger vehicle.
All collections are at the customer’s own risk & we reserve the right to refuse collection if we deem that the order cannot be loaded safely.
